All Posts that contain information must state a source. Any posts that are found without a source will be locked and the member contacted. If the member is unable to supply the source or the source is considered unreliable then the post will be removed. We consider reliable sources to include Scope, BBC etc. Unreliable sources are other forums, message boards and third party information. Persistent misuse may result in a permanent ban.

We request that signatures measure no more than 700 pixels wide by 250 pixels wide to include images and text. Avatars should not measure any more than 100 x 100 pixels. If you wish to use another person’s signature or avatar please seek their permission first.
Signatures and/or avatars must not contain abusive, pornographic or offensive materials as these are visible throughout the forum with every post made. If such a signature and/or avatar are discovered by admin, all posts will be deleted and the forum member asked to change their signature and/or avatar. If an individual refuses to remove such content from their signatures and/or avatars to comply with the forum rules, they will be banned.

If you see anything on the forum which appears to infringe the terms and conditions, then please contact one of the admin team.
Recommended Behaviour
To ensure that the forum remains a friendly and welcoming environment, the following guidelines of recommend behaviour have been put in place:

Type gibberish messages (random keys).
Do not use text speak
Do not use swear words or type in capital letters excessively? It is considered rude to conduct all your conversation in capital letters.
Font Sizes
As several of our forum members have visual impairments or suffer from Dyslexia; we wish to instruct all forum members to only use the standard size font and not to reduce their font size below this. Also some coloured fonts cause additional problems, so could all posts be in black colour only.
The use of bold, italics etc is fine but always in black colour.
Misuse and Termination of Forum Service
Any misuse or abuse of the terms and conditions may result in a written warning or suspension of your account with a written explanation being given by a forum admin. Your first warning or suspension will automatically come with a three month probation period, should you receive your second warning or suspension during this period, this will your final warning . Should you break our terms and conditions a second time in your probation period you will be automatically banned and your account will be deleted. When you have passed your probation period you will have a clean sheet.
However if admin feel that your misuse is off such a grave nature you may be suspended or banned automatically. Continued membership of the forum would be at the discretion of the admin team
The admin teams’ decisions are final in all cases. To question a decision that is made by the admin team or to backchat a member of the admin team is not acceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated and you may result in an automatic ban.
